If you've been paying attention to skateboarding lately, then you know there has been sort of a skater-biker gang holding things down for the past few years. Not those corny, annoying and ever so colorful ninja street things, but real motorcycles. The kind you roll into a town and pillage on. Guys like: Heath Kirchart, Leo Romero, Slash and Pat O'Dell have been cruising all over with their boards in the bitch seat. In 2008 Emerica had their Wild Ride motorcycle tour, and a month or so ago O'Dell, Heath, Arto Saari and others cruised down to Mexico (which isn't exactly safe right now) on some hogs. Lately, the parking lot of the Cha Cha (LA skate bar) has been looking like the front of that biker bar Pee Wee Herman sangTequila at, in whatever movie that was.
As a result one of the big dogs of the bike scene has taken notice. The Hells Angels have declared war on these guys, no just kidding. Seriously though, Harley Davidson has noticed, and recently made Leo Romero and Heath Kirchart, along with some hot biker ladies, and cameo from Slash, the faces of their brand new 2010 Sportster Forty-Eight. Check out the video below of the boys holding it down:
