The eS team recently cruised down to Arizona to skate some spots and put on a few demos at the parks in the area. In case you didn't know there have been some good skateboarders to at point in time call AZ home: Shane Heyl, Erik Ellington (he's from Alaska but lived in AZ for a bit), Mike Anderson, etc. It can be a good place to dwell if you skate, it never rains or gets too cold, and there's good parks all over. That is, if you can deal with that dry heat.

Street League 2012: Nyjah Huston Wins Kansas City... Again
Street League's instant scoring allowed for the possibility of pressure-packed moments, but very few times did the skateboarders deliver
The 2012 Street League season kicked off in Kansas City this past weekend as it did last year-- with skateboard technician Nyjah Huston taking home $150,000. Huston's ability to land difficult and technical tricks consistently makes him almost unbeatable in the current Street League format.
"It was a hard one tonight, that's for sure!" said Nyjah. "I definitely had to work for it. I love the challenge, though, and to skate with these guys is great."
