Jamie Thomas Interivew At The Chrome Ball Incident

By: Tom Morin

Jamie Thomas is one of the raddest guys to ever pick up a skateboard. He blew my generation's mind with his end section in Toy Machine's Welcome to Hell. Then, he went and started his own deck company, Zero, and put out some of the best videos of the time, and still is. He then went and started his own distribution company, Black Box Distribution, to distribute the Zero decks along with every other company that forms under the Black Box umbrella: Mystery, Fallen, $LAVE, and now Insight.

The Chrome Ball Incident is a cool blog that posts older interviews, pictures, ads, features, etc. from different archived skate magazines. So, say you really liked an old Toy Machine ad from 1996. Well, if you look hard enough you made just find it over there.

That said. The Chrome Ball Incident also does original interview, and they recently sat down with the Chief himself, Jamie Thomas, to talk about what else? Skateboarding. Click here to check it out.

"It was a hard one tonight, that's for sure!" said Nyjah. "I definitely had to work for it. I love the challenge, though, and to skate with these guys is great."
