Justin Bieber is known more for hitting the high notes than he is for popping high ollies, but apparently the kid has some real skating skills. The teen idol was hanging with a rowdy crowd in Van Nuys, Calif. Thursday where some of the world's top skaters were preparing for Rob Dyrdek's upcoming Street League Skateboarding tour. Usually, a baby-soft heartthrob like Bieber would have a tough time rolling with Dyrdek's motley crew. Yet when the 16-year-old singing sensation did a switch frontside 180 off of a ledge over Dyrdek and his pro skating buddies Greg Lutzka and Terry Kennedy, he rightfully earned a few new fans. The 2012 Street League season kicked off in Kansas City this past weekend as it did last year-- with skateboard technician Nyjah Huston taking home $150,000. Huston's ability to land difficult and technical tricks consistently makes him almost unbeatable in the current Street League format.
"It was a hard one tonight, that's for sure!" said Nyjah. "I definitely had to work for it. I love the challenge, though, and to skate with these guys is great."

Yeah that wasn't his laugh at the end, it was that girl off of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory. I have to admit i can barely even ride a skateboard, but come on. There are people out there that can do way better than that but they don't get noticed because they aren't famous, instead they go to jail because they are skateing where they don't allow it. I'm not fond of Bieber's music, but I'm not a hater. I think he has loads of talent in his singing, but his songs are pure garbage. This video wasn't posted because of his "skill" it was posted because it's interesting....... The video is here because it's showing that he does more than sing, it's not trying to make it seem like he's a pro skater. Every time I check my yahoo email, his lil ugly gay ass is on here looking like a underage lesbian and so ugly. He can take a crap and they will talk about what color it was...WTF? Media is out to brainwash our youth. Especially young girls who don't even know what talent is. The only thing these girls should know is hot is their easy bake oven. I am so sick of this little non talented kid who looks like he is 8. The only reason why he got a record deal is because he gave usher some you know what. The only reason girls are all goo goo over him is because he is famous. If he worked at burger king where he is gonna end up when his 15 minutes are up, they wouldn't even look at him. Why would any girl think he is hot when he looks like a ugly girl himself? But then again, girls think anything is hot these days. I remember back when little girls thought boys were yucky and have the cooties now look at them.

i didn't like justin bieber before but as a skater for a decade now i now the trick he did deserves a respect. switch frontside's not really a difficult trick but wicked for an amateur.

I learned to f/s 180 when I was eleven. Older kids used to tell me I sucked and I could clear 8 stairs, kickflip, b/s and f/s boardslide, 50-50, 5-0, noseslide, tailsslide and I could cruise vert by the time I was twelve.
It is disturbing that americans waste so much time and money promoting a child for his soft symmetrical features. His voice is not even impressive, all this fame and money due to cuteness and a little big business networking. Especially today with our economy and degeneration people should rise above devotion to this kid's useless endowment. If you like music, find good music. If you like beauty, make something beautiful. If you like cuteness be cute. But forget about this nonsense ts a waste of time. Tell Bieber to go home and come back when he has something truly groundbreaking and good.
