THE SCOFF PROJECT: 1st Test Runs of the Mini Mega Ramp

From: skatescoff

Help Support the Scoff Project: http://scoffskateboarding.bigcartel.com/product/scoff-project-photo-teeBeen almost 2yrs in the making. Since its conception, on October 5, 2007 the mini mega ramp has been a progress hard at work with multiple obstacles holding it back. Even this jump was held in secret, in fear of interested companies trying to sell the land on which its built. Now are no longer concerned(which is why its not released)Jason aka "Scoffman" jumped the ramp the first 3 times. You see the fist 2 in this video, his 3rd jump was better than the first 2 making it over the bank but not making the jump. Done to help Dylan Bittner(guy in yellow helmet) build confidence to jump the ramp. Dylan is a better skater when it comes to transition and gaps when compared to Jason. Dylan would not jump it unless he saw Scoffman go first and hence is what you see here. We thanked God that nothing horrible went down as it was easily capable of happening. The ramp is again at a cross roads and has not been finished yet. The landing/runway needs to be widened out another 8ft and a 16ft wide 10ft high quarter needs to be built at the end. Your purchase and support of the Scoff Project shirt would help immensely towards these efforts to finish it and see a real session go down. You can buy the shirts at our online store http://scoffskateboarding.bigcartel.comVisit the official blog of the project at: http://www.scoffproject.comWe also want to thank all our sponsors: Monster Energy, Birdhouse Skateboards, Grindtv.com, Qdoba Mexican Grill. And if you don't know when the DVD of the documentary is made $1 for every DVD sold goes towards the non-profit organization Grind for Life.Scoff Skateboarding. Street League 2012: Nyjah Huston Wins Kansas City... Again

Street League's instant scoring allowed for the possibility of pressure-packed moments, but very few times did the skateboarders deliver

The 2012 Street League season kicked off in Kansas City this past weekend as it did last year-- with skateboard technician Nyjah Huston taking home $150,000. Huston's ability to land difficult and technical tricks consistently makes him almost unbeatable in the current Street League format.

"It was a hard one tonight, that's for sure!" said Nyjah. "I definitely had to work for it. I love the challenge, though, and to skate with these guys is great."
