Today Etnies put up Mike Manzoori’s panoramic film Etnies up on their site. If you can recall, Kyle Leeper’s rain skating video, you’ll know that Etnies has been putting together some quality skate clips lately and this one is no different. Aimless delves a bit into the “artsy” side of skate film, but it’s not without some good skating that will make you want to get out there and get some for yourself. Click above to check it out.
Until today, when etnies launched AIMLESS on etnies.com, the only place to see Mike Manzoori’s panoramic film was at La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris, France. Manzoori created AIMLESS as part of etnies 25 year anniversary celebration, and you can watch it here:
A description of AIMLESS:
As skateboarding continues to evolve and progress, it draws from the many influences that define and redefine its character; no one can predict what it will be like in the NEXT 25 years. With this momentum, the movement will not stagnate, the destination is uncertain so it’s irrelevant. The magic is in the journey and experience. Mike Manzoori’s AIMLESS film celebrates this visually by capturing the feeling of pure exploration from a skateboarder’s perspective.
