Polar Opposites 3: DC's Devun Walsh and Iikka Backstrom

By: Heather Hendricks

The third and final Polar Opposites episode has hit web and it's clear that DC's Devun Walsh and Iikka Backstrom saved the best for last.

DC teammates Lauri Heiskari and Lonnie Kauk team up with the dynamic duo and the crew sets off into the Whistler backcountry. From big booters, steep couloirs and rock jumps packed with powder, this episode has it all.

The Polar Opposites web series follows Devun and Iikka as they travel around the world with their friends, filming some of the best snowboarding going down in the game today.

Aside from the videos, the PolarOpp.com website features behind-the-scenes photos and stories from the pros' adventures on and off the mountain. Most recently, Devun and Iikka headed to Las Vegas with the DC Snow and Moto teams to take part in an autograph signing, before flying up to Mt. Bachelor, Oregon for Snowboarder magazine's annual mega-session, Superpark 15.

Stay tuned for summer updates and a full-length Polar Opposites video edit at the beginning of next season.
