Now in its sixth year, Snowboarder magazine's The Launch has rocketed some of snowboarding's biggest names to the top of the sport. The past-participants list reads like a who's who of snowboarding and includes Olympians Mark McMorris, Sebastien Toutant, recent gold-medal winner Sage Kotsenburg, and more.

Held this year at Seven Springs resort in Pennsylvania, consider The Launch as a look into the future of snowboarding. "The Launch is the premier platform for the new pedigree of snowboarding to bring their talents to the world stage, and this year at Seven Springs will be better than ever," says Snowboarder magazine creative director Pat Bridges. "The Launch 2014 promises to be the best spectacle of park riding that snowboarding has ever seen from this generation."

With just a few days left of filming, editing, and riding with the world's best 21-and-under riders, check out the Day 2 highlight video above. Here's a bit of context from snowboardermag.com: "There's a lot we could say about what went down on Day 2 of The Launch 2014. If we were to describe it in words, we would definitely talk about Sam Taxwood's loose style on the jumps, Ben Ferguson and Taylor Gold tweaking double methods as the sun set, and Spencer Schubert, Trevor Eichelberger, and Ben Bilodeau crushing the multiple rail options."
