C1RCA Footwear (pronounced "circa") is a skateboard footwear company that started in 1999 and is based in San Clemente, California, USA. It was started by Four Star Distribution, then a snowboard company, along with Chad Muska as its first professional rider who left éS Footwear to start the brand.
