Iggy Pop and Vans collab video interview

Vans OffTheWall.TV interviews the legendary Iggy Pop about his collaboration with Vans on the musician's own signature shoe. This is a follow up on their popular apparel project from last fall which includes the Iggy Pop Skinny bleached denim and the special edition 106 Vulcanized Vans shoe featuring a rich black leather and subtle Iggy Pop detailing on the tongue.The shoes are under a bill at $70 bucks and the jeans coming in at $64.50. "It was around the time of Lust for Life when I had a pair of the basic Vans shoe with black and white checkered canvas uppers and a rubber sole, and I wore them to death. To me Vans looks so much like the clothes we wore in the very early Stooges circa 1968-1970. I've always associated Vans with people whose actions speak louder than words, and I still do."
