Mongrel 5’11”, 19″, 2 3/8″—“This is my favorite board ever. I hardly ever get boards fixed, but this one has been fixed a bunch of times. It works super good in smaller point-break surf. I ride this board a lot around my house at Rincon and Sandspit. It’s a super fast, super fun, and great board when the waves are head-high and under.”

6’2″, 18 1/2″, 2 1/4″—”These are my two standard shortboards for all conditions—my main contest boards, and basically my go-to board. I probably get about 40 of these a year and ride them in all conditions.”

6’3, 18 1/2″, 2 3/8″—“This one is similar to the standard shortboards but for punchier waves or hollower waves. It holds well during deep bottom turns and rides the barrel really well.”

6’5″, 18 3/8″, 2 3/8″—“This board is pretty much for waves like Cloudbreak or Indo. It’s the board I would use for bigger days on a boat trip or in barreling waves.”

6’9″, 18 3/8″, 2 3/8″—“I haven’t ridden this one yet. It’s pretty much the biggest board I travel with, except for Hawai’i. Hopefully I’ll get to use it in big Indo or Fiji.”
