WHAT: Twenty-four of the best east coast surfers will compete in an extreme tow air event as the dark ocean waters will be illuminated. Red Bull Night Riders will light up the ocean by artificial light surrounding the event location.
Red Bull Night Riders is competitive surfing experience for 24 surfers under a very unique circumstance – being towed into a wave at night. Surfers form their own teams of two, one ski driver and one surfer. Each surfer on the team of two gets two “tows-ats” for their chance to get the biggest air and the best trick.
