Road Trippin’ Through Scotland: A Scottish Surfing Adventure May 28, 2010 By Justin Cote Road Trippin’ Through Scotland: A Scottish Surfing Adventure A fairytale surf adventure through Scotland with wave slayers John John Florence, Nathan Florence, and Dylan Graves. Fairytale by Dylan Graves, all photos by Dave “Nelly” Nelson/SPL Once upon a time there was a little comrade (John Florence) who liked to fly through the air... So he and two of his fellow comrades (Dylan Graves and lil bro Nathan) decided to do a trip to Scotland and have a stroll through the trees... They liked the sound of Wick or John o' Groats, so they headed in that general direction... They stopped and saw lots of beautiful castles along the way! The comrades got hungry so they decided to stop and feed. When inside they met up with two other comrades, so there they were, a wolf-pack of 5 comrades... When suddenly out of nowhere Lord Reyes comes flying out of thin air and tries to slay them with his razor sharp skegs... Luckily the brave John John stood up for the wolf-pack and fought back with valor... ...meanwhile something far more dangerous than Lord Reyes' skegs was bubbling up from the abyss. But thankfully Nathan the courageous tamed the beast before it got too out of control... But the beast's angry grandfather got word of this and came back roaring! In came big bro John for some backup... Saaaaaaaaa! Haya! But it still wasn't quite enough too kill of the mad beast… And the comrades went crazy! ...unloading on what was left of the beast! The comrades had saved the land of the Scot's! The locals celebrated by tackling sheep in honor of the comrades... The locals also honored the comrades by letting them have fun with what was left of the filthy beast... Ping!! Tune in next week... To see the comrades take on the evil volcanic chaos!
