Sole Tech Severs Ties With CCS

Sole Technology, Inc., the parent company of Etnies, éS, Emerica, and Thirty-Two, has announced its decision to sever its long-standing relationship with Phase Three, which operates the CCS, Dan’s Comp, and Alloy brands.

The shoe maker has decided to terminate trade with the mail-order company, citing a failure to agree on “certain fundamental business terms required by Sole Technology as a prerequisite to continue the business going forward.” A spokesman from Sole Technology declined to comment.

“The Sole Technology management team is confident that this decision is in the best long-term interests of Sole Technology and of its brands, Etnies, éS, Emerica, and Thirty-Two. Sole Technology wishes to thank Phase Three for its commitment to the Sole Technology brands and would like to wish the best to Phase Three and all of its divisions, including CCS, Dan’s Comp, and Alloy, and hope they have continued success with all of their business endeavors,” the company said in a press release.
