ASPEN/SNOWMASS BRINGS THE WINTER X GAMES TO SIA



Aspen/Snowmass, Colo., January 26, 2010Aspen/Snowmass is pulling out all the stops during SIA in Denver to bring the Aspen/Snowmass experience and ESPN Winter X Games 14 direct to the Front Range. The general public and show attendees will be able to catch all the action of the Winter X Games at several venues throughout town. The games will come to life on a giant outdoor screen in the downtown core, at restaurants/bars downtown and on the tradeshow floor.

FREE Skyline Park Outdoor Viewing Party
In conjunction with the Downtown Denver Partnership you can catch all the action of the Winter X Games on a giant 26-foot by 26-foot screen at Skyline Park just off the 16th Street Mall. The Winter X Games will be broadcast from 5 to 9 p.m. on the giant screen Thursday through Saturday, January 28-30. There will be a beer garden with specials from Bud Light, hot drinks and food available at the park during the screenings. Plus, Aspen/Snowmass will give away a pair of skis to one lucky winner on Friday night. HOT 107.1 will be broadcasting live from Skyline Park Thursday through Saturday with additional giveaways including two tickets to the Aspen/Snowmass V.I.P. party at Skyline.

Aspen/Snowmass joins the World's Largest Après Ski/Ride Party, Thursday through Sunday, January 28-31, with drink specials from Budweiser and Bud Light, giveaways, and live screenings of ESPN Winter X Games 14 at Earls and the Paramount Café. Earl's is at 1600 Glenarm Place and the Paramount Café is at 519 16th Street in downtown Denver.

SIA show attendees will be able to relax and enjoy the X Games from inside the conference center at the X Games Viewing Lounge. The games will be broadcast live as they air with taped highlights being shown between live shows. Registered SIA participants can get three free days of skiing or riding at Aspen/Snowmass with their show credentials before or after the SIA show.
