Bleach Group Relaunches Insight and Ksubi; Opens New Global HQ in Venice, CA 

Venice Beach, California, September 1, 2014—Apparel and accessories maker Bleach Group, Inc. ("Bleach") has announced the relaunch of beloved and iconic Australian denim label Ksubi and street/surf brand Insight, following the financial backing earlier this year of Los Angeles-based private investment firm Breakwater Investment Management, LLC ("Breakwater"), which has historically supported the business.

In December 2013, the Ksubi and Insight brands were placed in the hands of receivers in Australia. These iconic brands were rescued with the backing of Breakwater earlier this year, and the business recently relocated its global headquarters to Venice, California. This forms part of a wider strategic initiative designed to guarantee the future of these beloved Australian brands and establish a secure international growth platform for both labels.

Australian denim super-brand Ksubi was founded by George Gorrow and Dan Single in 1999. Both Ksubi and fellow iconic label Insight have been marketed and sold across Australia, Europe, Asia, and the United States.
