Colorado Resorts Add Value, Reduce Prices For Next Season’s Passes

Denver, Colo. – April 14, 2009 – For the first time, instead of looking forward at the new season and new pass prices, Colorado Ski Country USA (CSCUSA) resorts are looking years or even a decade back to set prices for next season's ski passes. Resorts make an appealing offer, selling 2009-2010 season passes at previous seasons' prices and allowing guests to use passes for the remainder of the 2009 season. Some resorts highlight these offers with new financing options and other added value. Below is a snapshot of pricing and specials that Colorado Ski Country resorts have to offer for the 2009-2010 season.

Arapahoe Basin
Arapahoe Basin resort offers two pass options on sale at 2007 prices. Guests can secure these 2007 pass prices with a $49 deposit:
·   Arapahoe Basin Bonus Pass is on sale for $339 for adults and $249 for children. The Bonus Pass provides skiers and riders unlimited use at A-Basin during the remainder of the 2008-2009 season, as well as the entire 2009-2010 season.
·   Arapahoe Basin only Adult Season Pass is now selling for $279, the youth pass is selling for $189, and the child pass is selling for $109. These passes are also valid for the remainder of the 2008-2009 season, as well as the entire 2009-2010 season with no blackout dates.

Both passes include discounts at the ski area. The 2009-2010 pass prices are valid through April 30th, 2009. Prices may increase after that time.  Bonus Passes are available while supplies last.
