According to Quiksilver Spokesman Joshua Katz, DC Shoes President Nick Adcock resigned today to pursue other interests. Adcock was named President of the company in February 2006. Prior to serving as President, Adcock spent three years as the Australian General Manager, in which he set up the company’s first subsidiary operation.

From Katz: “Quiksilver announced today that Nick Adcock, President of Quiksilver’s DC Shoes Brand has resigned to pursue other interests. Quiksilver Americas’ President Craig Stevenson will assume Mr. Adcock’s responsibilities on an interim basis while the company completes a search for his replacement.”

Quiksilver announced yesterday that the company would not be selling any of its assets; including the DC Shoes brand.
