Questions answered by DWD’s own Fatty Twobyfour
What are the biggest forces shaping the changes and developments you've made to your boards?
TEAM, TEAM, TEAM. No one knows better than those guys how a board needs to handle. They put these things through the wringer… if the boards can't hold up for them, then we don't deserve to sell them to anyone else.
To what degree are you emphasizing camber shape and core profiles in your lineup?
Camber takes up about 20% of our line. Again… that's team driven. It's not a really aggressive camber. We're taking characteristics that we like from flat and reverse and seeing how we can apply it to traditional camber… the same way that reverse was developed. It's like the moon walk… backwards, but fuckin' COOL… and magical.
Are you cooking up any new materials or construction techniques?
What we're cooking is going to blow up the house, and maybe the neighbors too. You know where to find us if you want the good shit.
What themes are you seeing for graphics?
You know… knives, guns, puke, rats, etc… the usual. Nothing but the best, juvenile, immature visuals that the human mind is able to comprehend.
