Gotcha Licensee Renews Commitment To Brands And The Pipeline Pro

Gotcha International L.P. (trademark owner of the Gotcha, GirlStar, and MCD brands), and Ederel Sport, Inc. (the exclusive licensee of the Gotcha and MCD boys and mens apparel products and Girlstar juniors apparel products) announced today that they have renewed their long term commitment to market, promote and sell products under the three brands.They announced plans to strengthen the brand management and promotional activities to focus and shape the long-term growth of the three brands.

As part of these plans Gotcha International also announced that it is negotiating to host the Pipeline Pro ASP/WCT surfing event in February 2002 at the famed Pipeline on Hawaii’s North Shore. It will be the first stop of the ASP/WCT surfing tour next year and is regarded as a premier event on the circuit.
