"Ocean Minded is moving in leaps and bounds!" Walsh said, during a recent surf trip in Western Australia. "The product, the team riders, and the staff members, are all moving in synch and it feels great to join this momentum!"

Originally from Lennox Head, Australia, Walsh spent most of 2007 and the early part of 2008 traveling in search of perfect barrels. He has spent the last six months in Hawaii, where he has often found himself in surf well over 20 feet.

"Hawaii is the ultimate training ground and I wanted to be sure and put my time in over there," stated Walsh.

"On land and in the water, Anthony is a great fit for Ocean Minded," stated Frankie D'Andrea, the company's Team Manager. "He is one of the hardest working professional surfers I have ever seen, and we are very proud to have Walshy traveling the world as brand ambassador."
