TransWorld Business announced today that it will add three more sport categories to its monthly print publication and online, beginning with the March 2011 issue. The magazine will expand its coverage into motocross, BMX, and wakeboarding, adding to its regular lineup of skate, surf and snowboarding information.

Each issue of TransWorld Business will highlight the new sport categories within its News Pages and Exposure-Meter sections. The title will also include various features on retailers and brands.

“The addition of Moto, Wake, and BMX is a natural fit for Business. TransWorld has the leading consumer titles in those sports, and now we’ll have the top trade publication serving the respective industries,” says TransWorld Business Publisher Adam Cozens.

As a result of the added sport coverage, an additional 5,000 BMX, motocross, and wakeboarding retailers will receive free subscriptions to TransWorld Business.

“As the lines have blurred amongst participants in all of these sports, so have the walls at retail,” adds Editor In Chief Josh Hunter. “As more and more shops carry products from more and more sports, it’s our job to provide our readers with the information they need to thrive in their respective markets.”
