Vail Mountain to Host Fifth Annual Malay Day

Vail Mountain has announced it will host the fifth annual Malay Day in the Fly Zone Terrain Park at Golden Peak on Thursday, April 10, at 11 a.m., according to a press release published at Snowrevolution.com.

The event, which is held annually in memory of Josh Malay who lost his life while snowboarding in 2004 – will kick off with a pipe jam contest, followed by a rail jam, jump jam andĀ  best female and maleĀ  “Destroyer” contest. Registration is open to all age groups and will be held at the Golden Peak Lodge from 9-10 a.m.. Registration fee is $10 per person.
