Innotrac Corporation (NASDAQ:INOC) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Ocean Pacific Apparel Corporation (Op) to serve as the exclusive e-commerce partner for Op brand apparel and to create Op’s first online store.
Op’s new OpStore site — www.opstore.com — will be fully operational and open for business in November 2000, in time for the start of the holiday shopping season.
Innotrac, an Atlanta-based provider of proven, end-to-end order fulfillment and total customer relationship services for traditional businesses and e-tailers through its Innotrac CommerceComplete(TM) products will develop and operate the online store. In directing the OpStore, Innotrac also will manage all aspects of order processing, fulfillment and customer care.
The online store will offer a variety of items to include beachwear, sportswear, casual work wear and accessories such as tote bags, sunglasses, caps, watches and footwear. Many of the beachwear items have been featured in publications, which include Sports Illustrated and Teen magazine.

Additionally, Op has selected Return.com, a joint venture between Innotrac and Mail Boxes Etc., to service customer returns for all Op products purchased through its new online store. By working with Return.com, Op will streamline its returned merchandise processing and offer to its customers a convenient and hassle-free return process by taking items to any of 3,400 Mail Boxes, Etc. locations for return packing and/or shipping. Alternatively, return packages can be handled by the U.S. Postal Service or other carrier of choice. Once packages are shipped, shoppers can track the status from either the Ocean Pacific site or the Return.com site.
