BOULDER, Colo…Outlast Technologies, Inc., the world leader in phase change material for comfort and performance with more than 20 patents, recently named Greg Roda as Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Development and Heather Listoe as Marketing Manager.
Roda comes from Minnesota based NatureWorks LLC (formerly Cargill Dow LLC) where he was Business Development Manager responsible for growing the Ingeo fibers non-wovens business as well as establishing partnerships and alliances for Ingeo fiber production. Before moving to NatureWorks, Roda focused on business development, alliances building, and joint venture creation for Cargill in Singapore.
Roda has also spent five years with Fluor Daniel in its Greenville, SC regional headquarters in polyethylene terapthalate (PET) plant design and utility construction as well as four years as plant engineer for Milliken and Company in South Carolina and Georgia.
Roda holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Listoe returns to Outlast following her work on a company and product launch program for Planetary Design, LLC of Missoula, Mont., where she was retained as National Sales Director. In this position, Listoe spearheaded the national sales efforts for the company
