Freesurfer Nick Rozsa lights up Europe

With the ASP World Tour on a two-month break before the start of the 2014 season, it’s a good chance to catch up on what the world’s best freesurfers have been up to. Oxnard, California’s Nick Rozsa has been a little quiet lately, but his new video from a two-month trip to Europe makes up for it. He’s one of the few surfers who combines a solid rail game foundation with a technical aerial approach. It’s also nice to see him surf some tucked away spots in France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy that don’t often get filmed. Europe gets a ton of swell and has a huge variety of places to surf, and it’s always inspiring when a talent like Nick Rozsa seeks out the continent’s nooks and crannies.
