Where 2: Live Large at Canyons Resort

If money, ability and fitness aren’t an issue, here are five places to hit at Canyons Resort when you’re looking to impress that someone special… or just feel really, really good by yourself.

Stay: Waldorf Astoria Park City. Located at the base of Canyons, the Waldorf offers five-star luxury lodging, complete with fitness and wellness centers, a spa, salon and too many other amenities to list.

Ski/Ride: 9990, Canyon’s most expert terrain, or spend the day heli skiing with Wasatch Powderbird Guides. Orange Bubble Express also offers some unparalleled luxury as the only heated chair lift in North America.

Eat: The Farm, located in the lower village of Canyons Resort, features a menu focusing on locally sourced ingredients that includes dishes such as grass fed local rancher’s cut beef and herbed rabbit.

 

Drink: The Tuña Margarita, Red Tail Grill–The fruit of the prickly pear cactus is called the "tuña" in Spanish. This unique margarita is made 100% Agave Tequila, homemade sweet and sour mix, and a float of Cointreau. Serve either frozen or on the rocks rimmed with Hawaiian pink lava salt and garnished with a lime.
