A deer prancing through a youth soccer tournament in Tennessee did its best Lionel Messi imitation before high-tailing it back into the woods. The deer scored a goal.
Sean D. Spidle caught the deer speeding through a series of soccer fields and at the six-second mark, you can see the animal deflecting a shot into the corner of the net, much to the delight of the kids and parents watching the play:
"This deer actually scored a goal!" Spidle wrote in the description of the video.
It appeared the goal scored by the deer was actually a header, as it seemed to have redirected the player's shot with its nose. Either way, it still counts.
As one commenter put it, " GOOOOOOOOOOOOALLLLLLL!"
