Professional skier Tatum Monod charges hard and looks amazing doing it.

The native Canadian comes from a long line of skiers and worked at her parents’ ski shop in Banff, Alberta. Now she is racking up accolades left and right for her abilities on the slopes.

Johnie Gall lives in a van down by the river (or down by the mountains … or wherever the wind blows her). She is a writer (for GrindTV no less), standup paddler, runner and all-around badass.

She practices yoga in her bike Spandex and presents a pretty strong case for mastering your breath to help your stamina.
