Beautiful Weather Forecast for Camp Shred This Weekend in Cardiff


SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., March 12, 2014 – Camp Shred, the world’s largest surf demo, brought to you by SURFING Magazine and Surf Ride, returns to San Elijo Campground in Cardiff By the Sea, Calif. this weekend (March 15-16, 2014). Beautiful sunny 70-plus degree weather and waves in the knee-to-chest-high range (2-3+ feet) is on tap for the event, which brings the best surf brands and their loyal consumers together for a fun-filled weekend of surfing and demoing the latest greatest gear benefiting California State Parks and the Keep A Breast Foundation.

The festival grounds will also feature music and entertainment from 94.9, Austin Burns, Loose Snakes and Sister Juanita, food and beverages from Banzai Bowls, Bull Taco, Cappuccino in the Park, CurioCity Catering, Not So Fast and Longboards Ice Cream, and the ever-popular Sierra Nevada beer garden with proceeds from beer sales being donated to Keep A Breast.

The free and open to the public event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. Proceeds from sponsor-filled goody bag sales and Subaru test drives will benefit California State Parks.
