The Vandals to headline Snowboard on the Block snow/music festival

Snow season is quickly approaching. And while there are plenty of ways to spend your time waiting for resorts to start making snow, the best way to kick off snow season is the Snowboard on the Block festival.

Happening on Oct. 14 in downtown Denver’s Sculpture Park, Snowboard on the Block just got even more exciting with the announcement of this year’s musical guests: The Vandals and The Murder City Devils.

Hailing from Orange County, California, and coming to fruition in the time of the 1980s punk era, The Vandals are the quintessential SoCal punk band. They are sure to bring it to Denver on stage.

Seattle garage punk band The Murder City Devils will be accompanying The Vandals in Denver, offering a harder-hitting, dark presence on stage.

With these two well-established punk bands providing the tunes, it is only going to make everything else going on that day at Snowboard on the Block that much better. With a massive gear sale, the pro rail jam event and film premieres, you’re going to want to be in Denver on Oct. 14 this year.
