Volcom Peanut Butter & Rail Jam: Sierra-at-Tahoe

The second stop of the Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam Tour went off at Sierra-at-Tahoe this past Sunday, bringing in the new year with some steeze. Sierra is known for their prime park set ups and this jib contest was no exception. With zone 1 consisting of a killer wall ride, accessible from multiple angles, zone 2 made up of a down box, and zone 3 capping it off with a rider’s right C-box – the level of fun was up there with the ball-pits you bee lined to at Chuck E. Cheese’s.

The mountain was at it’s prime after Mother Nature partied a little too hard on New Year’s Eve and puked fresh snow all over Sierra all weekend. The riders were amped and showed it by charging the set up all day. Check the results and video below and for more details on how it all went down check out Volcom’s recap.
