Ten surf shops in the local area will be competing for bragging rights and the O’Neill Bragger Cup”. O’Neill team rider Nathaniel Curran is attending the event to assist in the “Most Progressive Maneuver Award” decision.

“On May 11 the blows will be flying in the Outer Banks and I hope everyone with a ringside seat will enjoy it. This event should provide a unique opportunity for the employee, as well as team riders to mix it up in a positive setting”, said Dave Shotton, the East Coast representative for O’Neill. There will be sixteen 4- man teams. Each team will consist of two shop team riders and two shop staff members. The total score for each team is a combination of the best team riders result and the best shop staff riders result. The team with the highest total combined score will win the event.
