Shark Closes Margaret River Beaches

The sighting of what is believed to be a great white shark has closed beaches in the Margaret River region in Western Australia’s southwest. A member of the public spotted the large shark about 11.20am (WST) today about 350m off Gas Bay south of the Margaret River mouth, Tessa Dornan of the Augusta-Margaret River Shire Council said.
