Thursday, October 25th marked an important day for Skullcandy-- the grand re-opening of their new office location. Literally “around the block and up the street,” the new office building was christened with a re-opening party to show off Skullcandy’s newest release, the Aviator Edits, which allows consumers to design and customize their own headphones and have them shipped directly to their home. Coming in at a slightly higher price point than the standard colors, the Aviator Edits are starting at $199.99 and $149.99 respectively.
Besides giving party goers a glimpse at the new office space, Skullcandy also helped out the Surfaid Fundraiser with $5 raffle tickets, and a silent auction, with items up for bid including a signed ukulele from Donavon Frankenreiter and a pair of Aviators and Gaming Headphones. Several of the Aviators were specially designed and customized by artists Craig Barker, Aaron Kraten, Micha Kersh, and Ryan Clemens. The party was complete with live music and an open bar--check out the photos from the evening’s festivities above.
