Spy Optic parent company Orange 21 has created a new music division and appointed Fran Richards, current VP Of marketing for the company, as the new vice president of business development and head of the new division. Brand Manager Matt Harkins will take on an expanded role, now overseeing the Carlsbad, California-based company’s marketing efforts, as well.
