Colorado’s Powderhorn Ski Resort will be sold at a real estate auction on August, 4. The resort, which contains 600 groomed acres and 44 trails, will sell at absolute auction with no minimums and no reserves. J. P. King will conduct the sale.
The Powderhorn Ski Resort includes four ski lifts, approximately 750 acres of real estate, a lodge, the Inn at Wildewood with 16 guest rooms of various occupancy, as well as the mountain operations building, equipment maintenance facility, dry storage building and an administrative building.
