TransWorld Media has expanded its sales team with the new hire of Garrett Turk, who will be serving clients in the endemic market across all of the media company’s titles.
“Garrett Turk is the perfect addition to the TransWorld sales team,” said TransWorld SURF Publisher Charlie Anderson. “With his past experience as an in-house sales manager at Electric Visual, his success in helping to build the brand of Ocean Minded since its inception and his extensive retail experience at Laguna Surf & Sport, he’s molded himself into a well-rounded sales expert. Garrett comes to TransWorld with over ten years of experience working within the action sports industry. He has served in various positions enabling him to grow and expand on his exceptional sales skills. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Speech Communication and a Minor in Business Administration. He also served as captain of USD’s division one soccer team, in addition to earning top honors.
