WSF Adaptive Snowboard World Championships 09 in New Zealand

Snow Sports New Zealand in conjunction with Adaptive Snow Sports NZ and the NZ SnowboardingUnion warmly invite international adaptive snowboard Snowboardcross racers to come to ride and compete at the 2009 WSF Adaptive Snowboard World Championships in New Zealand in July.

Cardrona Alpine Resort will generously host this event. The WSF Adaptive Snowboard World Championship sling-shot Snowboardcross race will be held as part of the 2009 NZ Adaptive Snow Sports Festival and National Championships 26-31 July 2009 @ Cardrona Alpine Resort. We invite you to attend the entire Festival, or the World Championship days 28-30 July.

The NZ Snowboarding crew is excited to welcome international riders over to our patch to ride and compete, and all are involved to make this an awesome event. An Adaptive Snowboard clinic will be held over three days prior to the World Championships, with access to race in the NZ National Championships. An adaptive snowboard classification workshop will also be run if demand. All athletes will be classified prior to the race under the rules set out by the WSF Adaptive Snowboard Classification sub committee.
